The PDF file is in A4 format. Please check your printer settings. It usually is an issue with the print drivers. Please print only one page at the beginning.

3 On the print window, click on Advanced button.
4 On the Advance Print Setup window, click on the Print as image checkbox. Then click on the OK button to proceed with printing. This should eliminate the black background image.
