The ‘ng’ sound Pack
‘ng’ is a nasal sound. There are three nasal sounds in the English language. ‘m’ and ‘n’ are the other two.
Lift the back of your tongue and press it against the soft palate. Then, release the noise through the nose. That’s the /ng/ sound. The sound is voiced so the vocal cords vibrate while producing it.
/ng/ is not a particularly easy sound to get. It gets more confusing when it’s time to write it.
Today, I will share a long and detailed pack of the /ng/ sound which will definitely give our little learners the necessary practice required for this sound.
